Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes, you can! We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind about your order within that time - send us an email and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
What types of Payment do you accept?
We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
How long does shipping take?
Currently, we offer Free Standard Shipping, which on average takes around 6-12 business days. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, packages have been delayed a little longer.
What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item you receive, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.
Where do you ship from?
Primarily, we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Although, when you check out and don't see the shipping option, it means that shipping is currently unavailable at your location at the moment. Of course, we're working hard on making our products available to customers from all over the world, especially those in rural areas.
As we are part of the small business community, we are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide.

How Do You Ship Packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. See "Shipping Location Terms" Lower.
What About Customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country, depending on your country rules and regulations.

Do You Provide Tracking Information?
Yes, you will receive an email as soon as your order ships that contains your personal tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My Tracking Says “no information available at the moment”?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
