Shipping policy

Currently, we offer Free Shipping, which on average takes around 2-14 business days. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, packages have been delayed a little longer. So please be patient.

Primarily, we ship out from fulfillment centers in United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in there, we'll send it directly from our production lines from Asia.

Yes, you will receive an email as soon as your order ships that contains your tracking information. 

Cancel policy

 We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 12 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind about your order within that time - send us an email and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

We send your order in one package, However for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages which may be because of multiple reasons.
